In 21 century we are doing a project where we make posters that help us remember terms from those classes. From the poster assignment I have learned more terms for math, reading, and science. I have also been able to work a little better with people I don't like. If I got to change one thing about the project it would be that we either got to pick our groups or we didn't have to loose a lot of points if we have a spelling or grammar mistake. I think this assignment will help me out a little by helping me remember what some of these terms mean.
The FBI should be able to hack your phone. The FBI should be able to hack your phone if you have a criminal record and if they think you're planning something illegal. The FBI is not allowed to just go through your phone and search through all your stuff, but i think it should be fine if you're doing it to make sure no one gets hurt and so nothing bad happens like shootings and stuff.
Apple did not hack Farook’s iphone because it was a breach of privacy. “Apple phones have features that protect the privacy of people's information. The Fourth Amendment of the Constitution guarantees Americans this right to privacy. Individuals have the right to possess information without having to share it with the government, and Apple has the right to provide products that help individuals protect this right.” “Apple was right to take the position it did.” Apple did not want to make their company look bad so they refused to help the FBI. The FBI isn’t able to technically go through Farook’s iphone because they don't have a search warrant.
Apple had good reasons on why they didn't want to help the FBI but helping the FBI could be helpful and we could see is there planning on attacking someone or somewhere. We should let apple hack our phones sometimes, because maybe the FBI is right and Farook and other criminals might have information on other shootings or illegal things on there phone and we could prevent it if we just looked at a phone.
